1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving clinical treatment at Mythri Dental Clinic (Chinthal, Hyderabad), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our front desk before booking.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete preliminary check-in procedures.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 4 to 6 hours notice prior to your scheduled slot.
- Emergency Exceptions: While we strictly adhere to appointment slots, dental emergencies may occasionally require priority triage. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such medical situations.
3. Payments, Fees & Refunds
- Consultation & Treatment Fees: Consultation charges and treatment estimates are transparently communicated before beginning any clinical procedure.
- Digital Payments: Online booking advances and treatment payments can be processed through our secure gateway (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) or paid directly at the clinic.
- Refunds: Advance booking payments for cancelled appointments can be refunded or credited towards your rescheduled appointment date.
4. Medical Information & Consent
Patients are required to provide accurate medical history, including ongoing medications, allergies, past surgeries, and underlying health conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, pregnancy) to ensure safe and effective dental care. Treatment consent will be obtained prior to any major clinical procedures.
